Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
To cancel, contact our customer support or use your account dashboard
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order

Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
You may refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us
Refund will be processed after we receive the returned product
Return shipping charges may apply

How to Cancel

Log in to your account
Go to "My Orders"
Select the order you want to cancel
Click on "Cancel Order" button
Select cancellation reason and confirm

Refund Process

Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed:

Customized or personalized products
Items marked as "non-cancellable" on the product page
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
