Our Return Policy

MONEYDASH TECHSOL PRIVATE LIMITED offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must not be damaged or altered
  • All accessories and free gifts (if any) must be returned
Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Cosmetics and beauty products (opened or used)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Return
  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order containing the item you want to return
  3. Click on "Return Item" and select the reason
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  5. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  6. Pack the item securely with all accessories
  7. Hand over the package to our delivery partner
Return Shipping
  • For defective or wrong items, return shipping is free
  • For other returns, return shipping charges may apply
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Our quality team will inspect the product within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, refund will be initiated to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once refund is processed
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the product
  • We will arrange for a free return pickup
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided
  • No questions asked for genuine defects
